Payment Information

You can pay securely online using a credit/debit card. We do not store any payment information. For orders over £500.00 we may require additional information. We reserve the right to cancel or request additional information if we suspect your order has been made using a fraudulent payment card.

 

Bank Transfer

To pay for your order via bank transfer, simply login to your online/mobile banking and send your total order value with the transaction reference as your order reference (for example #THC1234).

We will only process your order once we have received the full payment. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for lost or missing cash payments sent via courier, any cash payments sent via courier are done so at your own risk. Please always email us on sales@emptythcpens.com to inform us that you have sent your cash payment.

Once we have received your payment, your order will be marked as paid and processed.

For same day dispatch, your order must be paid by our cut off time of 13:00. Orders that have not been paid will be cancelled after 2 working days. We will only process your order once we have received the full payment into our account.

You must be over the age of 18 to purchase from our store and agree to our terms & conditions.
